Four 60-MINUTE 1:1 COACHING SESSIONS

A 60-minute session once a week for 1 month where we’ll identify your primary concerns and clarify what support, tools or resources you need to move forward. We’ll dive deep into old patterns that have gotten in your way and shed some light on the blind spots that might be preventing you from creating the life you want. You will be supported as you explore your options and get clear on the path you’d like to take.

A 90-DAY TOTAL TRANSFORMATION 

3 MONTHS OF 1:1 COACHING

 The 90-day total transformation program results in setting up the conditions for inevitable success, which includes discovering the foods that give you the most energy for your unique body type and turning healthy habits into behaviors that last. You will experience a whole new level of strength, beauty, and confidence, ultimately giving you the energy to create the lifestyle you want. 

This cleanse is a pathway to release toxins and excess bloat from your tissues, reset your digestive system and renew your baseline of well-being. You'll learn how food affects the way you feel, how to attune to your body’s unique needs and activate your natural healing potential.

There are three phases of this program: Phase 1 is Pre-Cleanse, Phase 2 is the Cleanse, and Phase 3 is Reintroduction. Pre-Cleanse is 2 days, Phase 2-Detox-7 days, and Phase 3-Transition is 5 days. Any of these phases can be shortened or lengthened to accommodate the kind of program you wish to experience.
