There are three phases of this program: Phase 1 is Pre-Cleanse, Phase 2 is the Cleanse, and Phase 3 is Reintroduction. Pre-Cleanse is 2 days, Phase 2-Detox-7 days, and Phase 3-Transition is 5 days. Any of these phases can be shortened or lengthened to accommodate the kind of program you wish to experience.
